    My Mission

My mission is to promote mental health wellness with individuals, businesses, and communities.

    Care Philosophy

As a trauma-based therapist, I see most mental health issues not as illness, but as injury. My philosophy is that each of us deserves a warm, safe, and welcoming environment to explore our injuries without judgement and further harm.

When working as a supervisor, I take great care to outline the supervisory relationship and define roles and expectations to ensure clinicians feel heard, supported, and receive feedback crucial to their professional growth.

    About Elizabeth

I’ve been a social worker for almost 30 years and have worked in a variety of settings. My primary focus is on addressing traumas and barriers that prevent people from living their lives fully and without fear.

I work with first responders, physicians, health care professionals, educators, and mental health providers to maintain professional resiliency, as well as others at risk of “burnout” due to the combination of work/life stressors.
